Me voilà de retour après plus de 10 jours de l'autre côté de l'Atlantique... Une semaine de congrès à Orlando (Floride) où je présentais mon premier poster!!! Oups, en anglais pour tous les lecteurs (Bart, Ben, Randel & co!).
Back to France after more than 10 days in Florida... A week in Orlando to take part in the Ocean Sciences Meeting, my first one and my first poster presentation!!! So great! I met a lot of people from all over the world, and from Brest (so far and from the same place!). I learnt a lot of interesting stuff, I discussed a lot... The come back was strange... an intense week followed by a return to the "normal" life!...

The size of the meeting is so huge! 4000 persons... And the building... Here is the entry of the West Part of the Orange County Convention Center where the conference took place...

The last day we went to eat sushi... so good!!
The day before the meeting I went to swim with manatees... so cute! The place (Crystal River) is beautifull and these animal are really friendly.
The week-end after the meeting, I went to Cap Canaveral National Park where we slept on the beach with Bart and Celine after a barbecue party. We saw horse shoe crab (limule) !!!
On the morning we visited the NASA site where space shuttle are built and sent... really impressive...
In the plane, I took a lot of photos... I just put 2 of those... Try to recognize ;-)
